Hello, and welcome to my webpage. I am a Faciltator, in Instrumentation Department of Pondicherry Engineering College. This webpage is basically, for my students.

Teaching as from time immemorial, been known as one of the noblest professions. Teachers are involved in nation buiding processes right from the beginning of the history of mankind.

A Teachers life in the classroom has become increasingly challenging. Teaching will be effective only if there is an integration between the teacher and the taught.

"Yo cannot teach a man anything, You can help him to discover it within himself" - Galileo

Starting from my Parents (first teachers), my favourite teachers are many. But few are need to be mentioned. My school teachers helped me a lot, of them my 10th std science teacher Mr.Dhanasamy and maths teacher Mr.Vincent Joseph.

The one who has inspired me a lot; turned my interest towards teaching profession is Mr.S.Viswa Kumar who taught me Chemistry in Higher secondary. His way of teaching, explaining, faciltating, style of handling students impressed me a lot.

So I love to serve as faciltator rather than a teacher, by incorporating innovative teaching methodologies to make process of learning a fun; thereby to develop learners rather than students.
